Strategic Risk Management Lead

This role is a key part of our Group Risk & Compliance function, responsible for strengthening operational resilience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy risks across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain high-quality reporting for Boards/Board Committees and the Group Executive.
- Drive the effective operationalisation of specialist risk frameworks and policies into the business.
- Ensure the specialist services team works with and leverages business partners to support embedment of risk awareness and culture.
- Develop and implement specialised risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to address financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy risks in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
