- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn how to operate testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Good physical fitness (role may involve lifting equipment, kneeling, or working in various weather conditions)
- Valid driver's license (preferred, as some travel to client sites may be required)
- White Card
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting is a plus but not essential
What You'll Do
As a Junior Anti-Slip and Slip Testing Technician, you'll be responsible for conducting on-site and in-house slip resistance tests, preparing surfaces for anti-slip treatments, and supporting the installation of anti-slip coatings, tapes, or treatments. You'll also help maintain testing tools and equipment, travel to client locations, and provide basic support to clients.
