About the Role:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Cars24 as a Registration Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth registration process of vehicles, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and providing exceptional support to our sales team and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the registration process of vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate processing of paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with state motor vehicle registration regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with Service NSW for over-the-counter transactions and build strong relationships on behalf of Cars24.
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our systems.
- Provide support to the sales team and other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of state motor vehicle registration regulations and experience with computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Positive and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in administrative tasks and working with paperwork.
