As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our nursing staff, ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes, and contributing to the efficient operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration
