Job Title: Dive Master

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Dive Master. This individual will play a pivotal part in building our organisation's capability to deliver exceptional results.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of competition
  • Capability Development: Provide technical leadership, support communities, and uplift organisational capabilities
  • Project Management: Lead teams, foster innovation, and ensure excellence in execution
  • Product Development: Offer strategic guidance on emerging trends, collaborate with Product Owners, and advise on product alignment
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent thought leadership, build relationships, and share insights across departments

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years' experience in designing and implementing solutions using modern platforms
  • Extensive knowledge of data warehousing methodologies, data integration, and data architecture designs
  • Proficiency in coding languages like Python, R, or similar, and strong SQL skills
  • Able to interpret technical requirements, translate into solutions, and deploy production-ready data pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with strong stakeholder engagement and time management abilities
  • A minimum of a tertiary degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, science, engineering, or technology
