Opportunity Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a team of software developers. The position requires a proactive approach to coding, mentoring, and guiding the team towards delivering high-quality products following Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day software development activities
  • Help manage team engagement, recruitment, retention, and compensation
  • Design software according to clients' requirements and functional specifications
  • Lead the team to develop localizable and user-friendly software

About You

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent IT qualifications
  • Development experience in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Python, MVC, Entity Framework, and Angular
  • Solid experience with relational database design and writing SQL statements
  • Understanding of exploration and/or mining domains (desirable)
