The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a food retail environment
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and experiences
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement
  • A passion for good food and a commitment to quality and excellence
  • Flexibility in availability, with a willingness to work across 7 days
  • Previous experience as a supervisor in a busy food retail store, with a proven track record of success
  • Good numerical skills, with experience in cash handling and banking processes
