Assistant Coordinator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to support the day-to-day operations of our service, including program planning, delivery, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place framework. They will have experience in the education and care of children, as well as effective computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Coordinator in daily operations, including program planning, delivery, and documentation.
  • Staff rostering and supervision.
  • Administration and financial management tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Children Services or equivalent.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations.
  • Experience in the education and care of children.
  • Effective computer skills, including experience with childcare management software.
