About the Role

  • As a Scrub/Scout Nurse, you will work closely with our surgical team, maintaining a sterile environment, preparing surgical instruments and equipment, and providing exceptional patient care.
  • Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Assisting the surgical team during procedures
  2. Maintaining adherence to strict infection control protocols
  3. Preparing and maintaining surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
  4. Collaborating with the surgical team to optimize workflow and patient outcomes
  5. Monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to their needs
  6. Accurate and thorough documentation and record-keeping

Requirements
