Job Opportunity: Labourer

We are currently recruiting for Labourers to work on various civil construction sites in Perth, Australia. Successful applicants will be required to operate heavy machinery and work in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating plate compactors and whacker packers
  • Working in trenches and other physically demanding environments
  • Maintaining a safe working environment at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working on civil/construction sites is essential
  • A current Australian drivers licence and own reliable transport
  • Blue/white card and physical fitness to perform labour-intensive work
  • Ability to pass random drug and alcohol screens

Working Conditions:

Selected candidates will work full-time hours with potential for long-term employment. They will be required to work 8-hour shifts, 38-45 hours per week, and may be entitled to penalty rates.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified operator of heavy machinery such as plate compactors and whacker packers
  • Ability to lift and move heavy loads in a physically demanding work environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
