Job Description
This Corporate M&A Associate role offers a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team. As part of our multi-Partner practice, you will be working closely with one of our Partners on a diverse range of tasks, including:
- drafting technical advice and negotiating legal agreements;
- advising on mergers and acquisitions transactions;
- providing guidance on intellectual property protection strategies;
- assisting with structuring and tax work; and
- maintaining high-quality client relationships.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will require:
- a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably from a mid-tier or top-tier firm;
- excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; and
- the ability to effectively manage client relationships.
