Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients unlock the full potential of their HR solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central and a strong understanding of its features and functionalities. You will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing expert guidance on system configuration, and ensuring seamless implementation.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Professionally certified or associate-level certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Certification or experience in another SuccessFactors module
  • 5+ years of SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation experience
  • 8+ years of experience in HR/HCM projects
  • SuccessFactors EC Time off/Timesheet experience and knowledge (a plus)
