Directions Workforce Solutions partners with host employers to develop skilled tradespeople. We work with you to complete your mechanical fitting qualification and provide opportunities for career advancement.

**About the Role:**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be an Australian citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a relevant right to work visa
- Have previously started a mechanical apprenticeship
- Commit to on-the-job learning and formal off-the-job training
- Demonstrate self-motivation, results orientation and a positive outlook
- Showcase high quality workmanship and a strong work ethic
- Be able to critically assess your own performance and strive for excellence
- Commit to maintaining a Zero Harm workplace culture
- Collaborate effectively with others and be a team player
- Hold a current Driver's Licence and have access to your own transport
