About the Role- Deliver person-centred care that respects the dignity and individuality of each resident
- Support residents with their personal care needs and daily activities
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement holistic care plans
- A Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies
- Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is beneficial
- A true passion for caring for others and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
