Job Description

This role involves creating and implementing innovative programs that cater to the diverse needs of children and families. As an Early Childhood Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing compliance documents, mentoring a team of educators, and contributing to the development of industry-leading programming tools.

  • Cultivate positive relationships with school communities and promote TheirCare's values and services.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops for educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure efficient rostering and scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality programs that align with ACECQA standards and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to educators, guiding them in their professional growth and development.
  • Foster strong partnerships with schools and community organizations to promote TheirCare's services and values.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Previous experience in the childcare or OSHC industry.
  • A recognized qualification in early childhood education or a related field (e.g., Teaching, Childcare, Community Services).
  • An Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
  • A valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting certificate.
  • A Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.
