Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Strategy & Operations Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients to develop strategic objectives, plans, and processes aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and optimising resource use.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, business transformations, and technology integration projects, driving operational improvements, and managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and assess existing systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement efficient workflows, methods, and operational frameworks tailored to client needs.
  • Provide strategic advice and facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:
