Are you a dedicated Speech Pathologist passionate about delivering exceptional care to adults in aged care and community settings? We're seeking an experienced or recent graduate clinician to join our team of mobile clinicians, providing high-quality services to clients across Australia.
About the Role:
- Manage your calendar of appointments, enjoying flexible working hours and a schedule that suits your needs
- Assess and diagnose swallowing and communication difficulties, utilizing your expertise to deliver tailored interventions
- Potential for national travel to support clients in regional locations, exploring new places while making a difference
- Provision of telehealth-based dysphagia and/or communication assessment and intervention, staying at the forefront of innovative care delivery
- Liaise with our close-knit national team of Speech Pathologists, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Advocate for support for clients with communication difficulties, amplifying their voices and promoting inclusivity
- Work closely with organisational staff, support coordinators, and Plena colleagues to ensure optimum care needs are met, fostering strong partnerships
- Provide consultative and educational support to clients, their families, and colleagues, empowering them with valuable insights and skills
