We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Healthscope Hospitals. This role is essential in providing exceptional patient care within our Operating Theatre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
- Prioritize safety for both patients and staff in all operational aspects.
- Guide and mentor nursing team members, including Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing.
- Educate and support patients in managing their health recovery and rehabilitation.
- Maintain current registration with AHPRA and ensure compliance with relevant checks.
- Work towards or possess a Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Adhere to ACQSHC National standards and protocols.
