Unlocking Inclusive Education
We believe that everyone deserves access to inclusive, respectful, and empowering reproductive and sexual health services. Our organisation is dedicated to delivering expert clinical services, comprehensive education programs, and dedicated counselling support across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver school-based and community-based education on relationships, sexuality, and reproductive health within designated regions.
- Develop and implement engaging education programs tailored to diverse audiences, including people with disability, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, community-controlled organisations, NGOs, and government agencies to strengthen the reach and impact of education programs.
- Facilitate parent and carer sessions, professional development workshops, and group or one-on-one education.
- Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with quality standards and organisational goals.
- A degree in education, health, social work, community development, or a related field.
- Experience in school-based or community education, ideally with a focus on sexual and reproductive health.
- The ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, including people with disability, culturally diverse communities, and people with complex needs.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to deliver programs in both group and individual settings, face-to-face and online.
- Experience in stakeholder consultation, program evaluation, and reporting.
