Senior Data Engineering Consultant


Job Description

Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and transformations within a cutting-edge Microsoft Azure-focused environment. Leverage expertise in Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, and data modeling to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure data engineering solutions.

Mentor junior consultants, contribute to team growth, and support project delivery while maintaining high standards of data quality, governance, and compliance.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning solutions with business outcomes and driving transformative cloud-based solutions across diverse industries.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer/Consultant
  • Strong Microsoft Azure expertise
  • Hands-on skills in:
    • Microsoft Fabric (data pipelines, dataflows, integration)
    • Programming skills in SQL and Python
    • Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and performance tuning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to team growth
  • Advantageous: Experience with Snowflake or big query or multi-cloud knowledge
