Job Description

Dynamo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Coach to join our client, a leading Australian Software Development House specializing in eHealth.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a hybrid work setup based in Inner North East Melbourne. As a Digital Transformation Coach, you will be responsible for coaching 1-2 Agile software teams in a SAFe context, facilitating communication, coordination, and cooperation on the Agile Release Train (ART).

Kanban experience is a plus, but not necessary. You will act as a servant leader for the Agile Team, utilizing strong people leadership skills to coach, mentor, and engage teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • People Leadership: Strong proven skills to coach, mentor, and engage teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Facilitation: Demonstrable ability to challenge peers and senior personnel positively to improve outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written skills to express complex ideas clearly.
  • Team Dynamics: Ability to navigate cross-functional team dynamics, diffuse tension, and achieve results through collaboration and teamwork.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a highly complex environment.
  • Adaptability: Proactive and adaptable approach to change.
  • Certification: Ability to achieve relevant Scrum Master certification (SAFe Scrum Master, CSM accreditation, PMI Agile etc).
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience in similar roles for software development teams applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
  • Previous experience in large-scale software delivery environments at enterprises implementing SAFe.
  • Knowledge of development practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD, Release Pipelines.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We encourage applicants with a passion for digital transformation to apply.
