At Maven Dental, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality dental services.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Support: Provide chairside assistance to our dentists, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
- Patient Care: Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction by ensuring excellent communication, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Sterilization and Infection Control: Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment, adhering to strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Administrative Support: Assist with reception duties, including meeting and greeting patients, handling general enquiries, bookings, and payment processing.
- Experience: Previous experience in a dental setting, with knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
