About the Position:
You will be responsible for ensuring safe work practices and compliance at all times. You will interpret solar designs and technical drawings, install residential solar PV systems in line with Australian Standards, and represent our brand with professionalism and pride.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Performing rooftop solar panel and inverter installations
- Conducting site assessments and pre-installation checks
- Troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues independently or with team support
- Maintaining accurate documentation for system installs and compliance
- Liaising with customers, providing excellent service and clear communication
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- SAA Accreditation - Required
- VIC A Grade Electrical Licence - Required for installation roles
- Working at Heights certification (preferred)
- CEC Accreditation (if transitioning from CEC system) - a plus
- Clean Energy mindset and attention to detail
- A great attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
