Our care model prioritizes the individual's autonomy, ensuring their choices are supported in every aspect of their life. We strive to provide care that is person-centered and minimizes institutional elements.

We operate as part of St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne Residential, Palliative Care & Correctional Health Services, a key clinical service program. Our team consists of Enrolled and Registered nurses, with agreed workforce ratios and staffing levels exceeding industry standards.

About You

We seek a suitably qualified and experienced Enrolled Nurse with a background in aged mental health or dementia care. Your commitment to a person-centered approach will empower residents to achieve their health goals and enhance their overall well-being.

In addition to experience, you will need:

  • Current Nursing Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA.
  • An understanding of relevant legislation, principles, and practice of aged psychiatry.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
