About This Role:

This evening cleaning specialist position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and has excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities, including patient rooms, common areas, and isolation areas.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning patient rooms using the seven-step method.
  2. Cleaning of mop buckets, maid's cart, and other equipment.
  3. Cleaning other hospital departments per schedule.
  4. Cleaning isolation areas according to protocols.
  5. Emptying wastebaskets and taking trash to the dumpster.
  6. Having the knowledge and ability to work in laundry and clinic, if needed.
  7. Having the knowledge and ability to work any schedule in the Housekeeping Department.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate, some college preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in institutional cleaning preferred.
