Product Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to oversee our dairy and freezer products. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing food products, with a strong focus on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from initial conception to post-launch analysis. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Product Development: Develop and implement comprehensive product development plans, taking into account market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize sales, while ensuring timely restocking and efficient supply chain management.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales through effective pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service and support.

In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in grocery or dairy/freezer retail management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a strong focus on employee development and performance management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaison with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong passion for the grocery retail industry, with a commitment to work health and safety standards.
  • Business Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and optimize inventory levels.
