Main Responsibilities

  1. Working as part of our integrated team to provide high-quality financial reporting services based on client needs.
  2. Oversight and supervision of statutory reporting services, including coordination of client and auditor stakeholders.
  3. Management of full spectrum of corporate financial reporting services, with support from experienced Financial Accounting and Advisory and Tax technicians.
  4. Building networks and connections internally and externally to stay up-to-date on issues and opportunities.
  5. Supervision and support for career development of team members.
  6. Contributing to a positive team culture promoting high performance, strong collaboration, and celebration of successes.

Requirements

  1. Detailed knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards gained through working in a professional services firm or comparable industry role.
  2. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  3. Experience working with remote teams within Australia and overseas.
  4. Strong communication skills to lead discussions with clients on technical matters and engagement coordination.
  5. High level of accuracy, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  6. Proactive approach to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
  7. Audit experience at a Big 4 or mid-tier Firm is an advantage.
  8. CA qualification or equivalent completed or in progress.
