**Job Summary:**

We are currently seeking casual Stewards to join our team and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and food storage areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food storage areas, cool rooms, freezers, ovens and equipment.
  • Operate a large-scale flight dishwasher and ensure its proper functioning.
  • Ensure safe transport of clearing stations and removal of waste.

**Requirements:**

  • Availability to work night shifts on a weekly rotating roster (6pm-2am).
  • Previous experience within a high-volume kitchen environment with exposure to functions and events.
  • Focus on meeting quality, safety and service standards.
