Job Description:

Lead Technical Field Engineer

We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Specialist to join our team in providing technical support for hardware and software solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Systems at client locations.
  • Providing remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support to all End Users for Incidents and Service Requests that cannot be resolved or fulfilled by the Service Desk.
  • Managing and providing physical support for End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Strong time management and motivation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong focus on providing customer service with great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
