About This Role
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a 34-bed unit that provides patient-centred and evidence-informed nursing care to promote improved neonatal health outcomes.
Our team delivers educational workshops during the first 12 months to support new staff in progressing from caring for low dependency neonates through to ICU level. You will be supported by Clinical Nurse Educators and senior colleagues to help you develop your career in neonatal nursing.
We are seeking a Nurse or Midwife who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our patients.
- Must have current nurse or midwife registration with the relevant authority.
- Understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking.
- Effective interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication within a multidisciplinary team.
