
Veterinary Care Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communication between clients, veterinarians, and nurses.
This is a casual position that reports directly to the Practice Owner, with the possibility of transitioning to permanent part-time next year. You will work closely with other members of the team to provide a comprehensive and supportive environment for our patients and their owners.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone
- Assist veterinarians and nurses in providing the best care possible for our patients and their owners
- Follow proven processes and signature systems to ensure our clients reach their optimal goals for their pets' health and wellbeing
- Soak up knowledge from colleagues, take constructive feedback on board, and bring your skills and ideas to the table
- Display accountability and pride in your work, delivering tasks on time and to the highest standard
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect, and commit to being accountable for your actions and outcomes

You will also require a Cert III in Animal Care or Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing, as well as experience working in a veterinary clinic or reception environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
