We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Event Coordinator to lead the delivery and execution of our activations and events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a symphony of logistics, coordinating event run sheets, and ensuring our operations run seamlessly.

You will foster harmonious relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and craft experiences that resonate. You will also be part of the onsite team, handling the logistics of bumping in and bumping out, delivering and setting up at events, and preparing events in our warehouse.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a symphony of logistics, ensuring our carts and teams hit the right note at every venue
  • Coordinate and execute event run sheets with precision and flair
  • Ensure our events and carts are picture-perfect and our operations run seamlessly
  • Foster harmonious relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and crafting experiences that resonate
  • Be a part of the onsite team, handling the logistics of bumping in and bumping out
  • Deliver and set up at our events
  • Prepare events in our warehouse

Requirements:
