About the Role

As a vital member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving Agi trucks across various locations. Your daily shifts will typically commence between 4am and 6am, with extended periods up to and exceeding 10 hours. This will result in a total weekly workload of around 50-55 hours.

  • You will be paid a base rate, with overtime rates applying at time and a half after regular working hours and double time after two hours of overtime within a single day.
  • A meal allowance is typically provided after 10 hours of continuous shift work.
  • In this role, you will interact with diverse personalities on a daily basis, providing exceptional customer service skills as a mobile representative.
  • We utilize advanced technology to ensure safety and optimize route mapping and load tracking.
  • New drivers undergo a comprehensive 10-day training program before operating independently.
About You

To succeed in this position, you will require a minimum HR license, with prior driving experience preferred. It is essential that you enjoy interacting with clients onsite and possess strong communication skills.

  • You should thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, presenting opportunities to engage with different people and scenarios.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and pride in your appearance is crucial, including ensuring your truck remains clean and well-maintained.
  • Additionally, you must pass a pre-employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing.
