Fairbank Lawyers is a boutique family law firm based in Melbourne's CBD, seeking a skilled and experienced family lawyer to join our team.

We are looking for a family lawyer with a strong track record of practicing family law, preferably with 3-5 years' experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have hands-on opportunities to work with clients, negotiate, mediate, and resolve matters in a Court setting. Ongoing learning and mentoring will be provided, as well as support for networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practicing family law with a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in family law

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience practicing family law
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with legal practice management software
