Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Team Member to join our crew at Grill'd Mt Ommaney. As a Team Member, you'll be the face and hands behind our brand, providing an amazing Grill'd experience for our customers. You'll work in a fast-paced, fun, and quick-service casual dining environment, collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Prepare quality ingredients in the kitchen with attention to detail and care
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Develop your skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and coaching
