We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and dynamic professional to join our organisation as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process across the business, providing support to hiring managers to ensure an efficient and effective talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Embody the ethos of delivering exceptional results in all facets of your responsibilities.
- A high-volume recruitment environment requiring strong organisational skills, multitasking, and effective time management.
- Upon receipt of approved recruitment requisitions initiate the recruitment process and ensure adherence to established processes, maintaining accurate records.
- Review and discuss roles with hiring managers, ensuring understanding of the role requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Actively screen candidate resumes on a regular basis, providing shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for review and feedback.
- Proactively conduct talent search activities to identify potential candidates and expand the talent pool.
- Conduct role-specific phone screenings to validate candidate suitability prior to interview stages.
- Coordinate candidate interviews in liaison with hiring managers.
- Carry out phone-based reference checks for preferred candidates, adhering to reference check templates and requirements.
- Arrange pre-employment medicals as required.
- Support interview processes if requested by hiring managers or National HR personnel.
- Provide monthly reporting and progress updates on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar recruitment role within a multi-site organisation.
- HR qualification advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Positive attitude, supportive demeanour, and professional approach with negotiation and influencing skills.
