Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Professional to lead our SMSF Team in Brisbane. As a senior Leadership figure, you will oversee the workflow and performance of a dedicated SMSF portfolio.

  • You will be responsible for reviewing compliance files, reporting deliverables, and audit outcomes.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external auditors, and internal stakeholders.
  • You will provide strategic technical advice on superannuation and taxation rules.
  • You will lead and contribute to complex tax and accounting compliance and advisory engagements.
  • You will drive internal training initiatives and represent the team at industry forums.
  • You will manage billing and profitability procedures.
  • You will mentor and coach junior team members.
