Identity and Access Management Engineer

About the RoleThis contract position is available for an Identity and Security Delivery Engineer to join our client's Technology division. The successful candidate will work with internal departments to elicit requirements and define solution options to support the successful delivery and ongoing management of technology services.
Responsibilities- Integrate on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Develop, implement, and configure modern identity solutions such as Azure AD MFA, Azure AD Conditional Access, Azure AD Privileged Identity Management, SSO, and Azure AD Application Proxy.
- Ensure currency and efficiency of Security solutions across servers and workstations.
- Participate in and coordinate/facilitate workshops to cover improvement requirements and solution design.
- Identify and perform functional non-functional test requirements.
- Share knowledge and good working ethic.
The successful candidate will have:
- Mandatory: Microsoft Identity stack design and build experience, hands-on implementation, and subject matter expert across Azure AD MFA, Azure AD Conditional Access, Azure AD Privileged Identity Management, SSO, and Azure AD Application Proxy.
- Mandatory: Microsoft Active Directory including Azure AD (Mandatory) - Hands-on AD Administration across on-premise and cloud deployments.
- Mandatory: Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) experience.
- Mandatory: Single Sign-on and Federation (Oauth, SAML, Open ID) experience.
- Mandatory: Identity Governance and Provisioning Power Shell scripting and automation skills.
- Mandatory: Microsoft Security & Compliance suite, Microsoft 365 Defender suite.
- Desirable: Java scripting skills.
- Desirable: Experience managing Saa S-based PAM solutions including B2 B models.
