About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Strategist to join our team at TransGrid. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in overseeing the complete lifecycle management of EUC IT assets, mobile services, printers, and meeting room technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and meet service level targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to drive seamless service delivery and cost-effective, user-focused solutions.
  • Oversee the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of EUC IT assets and services.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles, frameworks (e.g., ITIL), and best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT asset management, procurement, or related roles, with a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management principles and practices.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundations, Microsoft Certified Professional).
  • In-depth knowledge of asset management principles, practices, and methodologies.
