Job Role:

We are seeking a strategic professional to join our team as a Senior People Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering clear people insights that align with our vision and strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an effective people analytics strategy aligned with organisational goals.
  • Analyse data from various sources to support people analytics initiatives.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR functions, and business units to ascertain specific data requirements.
