Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant


About the Role:

This is a mid-senior level position that involves supporting clients' business objectives through collaborative efforts.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom solutions for clients
  • Analyze and test systems to ensure high quality
  • Participate in agile sprint environments on client sites
  • Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 CE and Portals

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, specifically Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and customer Portals
  • Strong experience with customization, configuration, development in D365 (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Expertise in creating custom workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
  • Knowledge of data integration and system integration using APIs, RESTful services, and other methods
