Job Title: Chief Platform Evolution Officer

As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving the evolution and enhancement of our platforms across various dimensions. This involves leveraging agility, operational excellence, and platform efficiency to propel business growth.

You will lead a team of engineers in designing, building, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and scalable infrastructure. Additionally, you will work with Agile teams to embed best practices into the development lifecycle, optimize workflows through automation, and ensure solutions meet high-quality, compliance, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor a team of engineers in designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and scalable infrastructure
  • Work with Agile teams to embed best practices into the development lifecycle
  • Optimize workflows through automation and ensure solutions meet high-quality, compliance, and operational standards

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring teams
  • Proficiency in designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and scalable infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with Agile teams
