
Senior Centre Leader

A Senior Leadership Role is available for a high-calibre professional to oversee multiple centres, driving quality care, financial sustainability, and growth.
This position requires a dynamic leader who can ensure compliance, lead occupancy growth, workforce management, and employee development while collaborating with Quality Advisors to meet/exceed National Quality Standards.
The Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to Work Health and Safety policies and report incidents promptly.
- Monitor centres through regular visits, performance analysis, and centre plans across quality, compliance, occupancy, debt, rostering, and people development.
- Manage budgets, control overdue debt, and approve payments/timesheets to meet business targets.
- Collaborate with Quality Advisors to uphold cleanliness and safety, address serious service issues, and meet/exceed National Quality Standards.
- Lead workforce management and employee development, including recruitment, training, performance, and retention.
- Proven experience as an Area Manager in early childhood education, with multi-site management.
- Diploma in Business, Children's Services, or equivalent qualification.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Valid Working with Children Check and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
