About the Job

Working as a Store Team Member for Cleaning and Trolley Collection is an exciting opportunity to be part of a diverse team. This key role ensures a safe, seamless, and positive shopping experience for customers and creates a welcoming environment in stores.

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to delivering great customer experiences, a keen eye for detail, and accuracy. They will also have the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic. The role requires working both indoors and outdoors and involves lifting up to 17kgs, so physical fitness, activity, and energy are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain store areas, including floors, shelving, and equipment.
  • Collect trolleys from around the store and carpark.
  • Work autonomously and follow instructions.

Requirements:

  • A strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • The ability to work on your own and follow instructions.
  • Physical fitness, activity, and energy to lift up to 17kgs.
  • Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
  • The ability to get to work outside of public transport operating hours.
