Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide care to Australians in the comfort of their home.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support Home Care Package clients to remain independent at home through thorough assessments, tailored equipment prescriptions, and home modifications.
  • Foster rehabilitation for post-orthopaedic surgery patients through our Rehab in the Home program.
  • Deliver comprehensive support to Hospital in the Home program clients after hospitalisation, including general surgeries.
  • Carry out meticulous assessments for Residential Aged Care clients, encompassing initial visits, reviews, post-hospitalisation, and falls risk evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and manage programs for residents, incorporating group sessions and individualised interventions.
  • Prescribe equipment suited to residents' needs.
About You

You will be a fully qualified Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Community or Aged Care setting. You will be comfortable travelling to clients across the central coast region and will provide your own vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
