Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal and domestic support to clients with various needs, including aged care, disability support and palliative care
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services (Personal Care Workers)
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
