Project Engineer

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to lead the development and execution of Inspection Test Plans, ensuring project quality standards are met.

  • Develop and execute Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to maintain project quality standards
  • Review subcontractor work onsite to ensure compliance with quality documents
  • Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design and coordination issues
  • Manage technical information flow between design teams and stakeholders
  • Supervise the design team to ensure work aligns with timelines and documents
  • Review outputs from consultants and subcontractors to verify they meet the brief
  • Verify scope, materials, and design logic match in tender packages
  • Assist the Project Manager with contract management and schedule monitoring

Key Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 6+ years post-grad experience in a top-tier engineering role
  • Experience in complex commercial, high-rise residential, or mixed-use projects over 30m
  • Strong background in structure/finishing/facade
  • Excellent time management, organisation skills, and attention to detail
