Job Description:
As a Trainee Court Registrar, you will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to the judiciary and court users of the Magistrates' Court of Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative and customer service support
- Assist the magistrate or judicial registrar in the courtroom
- Operate complex technology, including audio recording equipment and case management systems
- Liaise with stakeholders, including police officers and legal representatives
Requirements:
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with technology and software systems
