Job Summary

We are seeking a Credit Officer to join our National Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administration duties, including processing cash receipts, reconciling bank statements, and resolving customer issues. If you have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process cash receipts and reconcile bank statements
  • Process invoices daily for all AKD sites
  • Resolve customer issues, including sending invoices, proof of delivery dockets, and credit notes
  • Work with the Credit Controller and sales team to ensure credit limits are appropriate and identify potential issues
Requirements
  • Absolute commitment to Health, Safety, and Wellbeing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional presentation
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload
