We're looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Healthy Habits Coach. As a coach, you will play a vital role in inspiring members to build healthy habits and achieve their wellness goals.

About the Opportunity

The role of a Healthy Habits Coach is multifaceted and requires strong facilitation skills, empathy, and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment for members. You will be responsible for delivering engaging workshops, driving member recruitment and retention, and representing our brand in local events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workshop Delivery: Facilitate workshops that inspire members to build healthy habits, utilizing your excellent communication and facilitation skills to keep the discussion relevant and flowing.
  • Member Engagement: Develop personal connections with members, engage in our online community, and perform regular check-ins to ensure members are achieving their goals.
  • Community Involvement: Represent our brand at local events, attract new members, and promote our services within the community.

Requirements:

  • A WW Coach must be able to:
  • Facilitate Engaging Workshops: Utilize your strong coaching skills to deliver informative and entertaining workshops that inspire members to take action.
  • Empathetic and Strong Communication Skills: Be able to understand and address the needs of our diverse member base.
  • Business Acumen: Have a solid understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Time Management: Be able to effectively manage your time to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
